The successful candidate will be a dynamic, ambitious self-starter with a passion for customer service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Country Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key areas of responsibility will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all set targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage annual budget for Ghana operation<\/li>\n<li>Stock management to ensure optimal stock turn and minimal obsolescence<\/li>\n<li>Manage and drive productivity and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Sales and marketing to retain and expand the customer base<\/li>\n<li>Human Resource management<\/li>\n<li>Technical support to staff and clients<\/li>\n<li>General management and development of staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operation complies with Governing regulations for Health, Safety &amp; Environment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all company administrative procedures and policies are adhered to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Postgraduate qualification in engineering would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 management experience in the hydraulic or related industries<\/li>\n<li>A sound technical and sales background with good knowledge of the Hytec product range<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the management of assets, budgets, expenses, and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience in a West African country will be advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bosch Rexroth Ghana has a vacancy for a Country Manager to develop and expand our business in Ghana.
