\nImplement new rule changes on mediation and provisioning platforms.
\nEnsure CDRs are received from Core Network nodes, processed by mediation platform and delivered to downstream systems
\nManage and maintain the Provisioning system to ensure provisioning requests are successfully sent to the appropriate network elements (HLR, IN, CBS, NGN, etc). Provisioning failure rate should be <1%
\nManage and monitor the integration of all 3rd party systems and payment platforms integrated with the billing systems
\nEnsure the timely delivery of CDRs to the following systems (BI, RAID, FMS, Syniverse)
\nManage and maintain the following systems: LBI, I2000, NBU and Roaming Server
\nManage the timely delivery of NTRDE roaming files to roaming data clearinghouse (DCH)
\nKey Competencies<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 3years experience in billing or convergent charging, preferably in the telecommunications sector
\nMedium to high-level expert in telecom mediation processes and other billing concepts
\nUnderstanding of convergent charging and intelligent networks
