Liebherr\u2019s 50+ years\u2019 experience, knowledge, and dedication to the highest quality and most reliable technologies means Liebherr is a respected leader and a trustworthy partner to industry.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Social Medical Health Care Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liebherr-Ghana currently has a vacancy for a\u00a0Social- Medical- Health Care- Manager<\/p>\n<p>The position reports to Managing Director-Administration<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the Health Administration of the company<\/li>\n<li>Implement the medical and healthcare procedures and standards\u00a0of the company<\/li>\n<li>Oversee hospital certifications, contracts and service conditions of health care providers<\/li>\n<li>Manage medical budgets, price negotiations, and cost control<\/li>\n<li>Manage vaccinations, disease control, and prevention<\/li>\n<li>Monitor treatments and ensure prevention of the abuse of the healthcare system<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a contact person with medical service healthcare providers<\/li>\n<li>Undertake medical emergency planning and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Conduct medical and health training<\/li>\n<li>Provide education on nutrition, diet, exercise, hygiene, and sanitation<\/li>\n<li>Manage expat health insurance and provide advisory services for International visitors<\/li>\n<li>Monitor travel Insurance arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employee sick leave information<\/li>\n<li>Undertake health research and assessments<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for drug and alcohol abuse cases<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on traditional and complementary medicine<\/li>\n<li>Ensure workplace health in collaboration with the HSE Manager<\/li>\n<li>Provide emotional support for rehabilitation and therapy cases<\/li>\n<li>Encourage work-life balance, healthy living, and improvement in living condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in high-level medical services (required)<\/li>\n<li>Adequate medical education<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a similar position and in conducting training for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint<\/li>\n<li>Bound to professional discretion and ethical principles.<\/li>\n<li>Must be collaborative and a person of trust for employees and dependents<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work in a multicultural environment.<\/li>\n<li>Should be self-responsible with a \u2018can do\u2019 attitude and an \u2018out of the box\u2019 mindset<\/li>\n<li>Must be genuine, warm, empathetic and respectful<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel frequently within our locations in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid driving license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In return, Liebherr-Ghana provides its employees with a great range of benefits, a supportive team, and management along with the opportunity to become an integral part of a high performing organization.<\/p>\n<p>To submit your application for this diverse and exciting role, please apply via MySuccesss.
