Job Title:\u00a0Regional Percussive Service Technician\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

About The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Regional Percussive Service Technician, you will be part of a global team and located in Obuasi, Ghana. You will report to the Percussive Service Manager in the Service & Operations department. The percussive team is responsible for applying drilling methods using down-the-hole (DTH), Top hammer (TH) and HRD (hydraulic rock drill). The Operations and Service department focuses on providing innovative solutions and timely support for field operations.<\/p>\n

The main responsibility for this position is to provide technical support and innovative solutions to the various Customer Centers, Distributors, Dealers and End Users in the Africa region. As a Regional Percussive Service Technician, you will develop comprehensive product and application knowledge to assist Customer Centers in reaching their revenue targets. You will also use your technical knowledge to identify problems related to product handling, selection, and quality.<\/p>\n
