\n\u2022 Develops, implements and monitors marketing and sales strategies\/programs to increase the distribution of Scriptures throughout the country
\n\u2022 Conducts periodic research\/ surveys to identify opportunities for increased distribution of scriptures
\n\u2022 Keep data on the performance of each product and advises on their contributions to total sales.
\n\u2022 Reviews annually all aspects of the distribution channel network and makes necessary recommendations.
\n\u2022 Serves as Secretary Distribution Committee.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Demonstrate leadership skills and substantial managerial experience.
\n\u2022 Must have integrity-being truthful, trustworthy and reliable.
\n\u2022 Proven track record of success in Marketing and Sales.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated understanding of Channel Management and Supply Chain processes.
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to plan, coordinate and manage self and team to deliver results.
\n\u2022 Good presentation, administrative, organizational and communication skills.
\n\u2022 Must have a valid driving license and the ability to drive long distance.<\/p>\n
