\n\u2022 Prepare Annual Budget and ensure its strict compliance
\n\u2022 Keep a good and transparent record of all monies received as well as proper Book of Accounts in computerized form
\n\u2022 Arrange the opening of Bank of Accounts for the Guest House.
\n\u2022 Make payments as are duly authorized by the General Manager
\n\u2022 Do pre-auditing of financial transactions and institute internal controls
\n\u2022 Meet all statutory financial obligations, e.g. Payment of Taxes, SSNIT Contributions, etc
\n\u2022 Keep petty Cash Book for minor\/emergency expenses
\n\u2022 Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of the accounts to the Manager
\n\u2022 Prepare and keep an Asset Register (Inventory) under the supervision of the Manager
\n\u2022 Prepare a Financial Statement of the Accounts, annually, showing the exact financial position of the Guest House operations
\n\u2022 Submit the annual financial statement of the accounts to appointed auditors to check all the books and balances and issue a certificate of satisfaction or otherwise, which shall be presented to the Managing Consultants for appropriate action
\n\u2022 Carry out any other jobs which the General Manager may assign from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Part-qualification of a recognized professional accountancy body will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Post qualification experience in a relevant position will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Office application (Word, Access, Excel, Power Point)
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience in the investment industry would be an advantage
\n\u2022 Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
\n\u2022 Experience with Tally software is preferred<\/p>\n
