This is inclusive of business case modeling and quarterly forecast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Analyst Commercial Planning\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Key Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the input for developing and maintain models for annual Budgeting of Revenues across the business. (Consumer, Digital, FinTech, ICT, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Opex Estimation<\/li>\n<li>RGS Estimation<\/li>\n<li>MoU Estimation<\/li>\n<li>Data &amp; SMS Usage Assumptions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the input for developing and maintain models for quarterly forecasting of Revenues across the business. (Consumer, Digital, FinTech, ICT, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Populating Load files for processing by the Corporate Performance Management department<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates quarterly Commercial plans for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO)<\/li>\n<li>Develops Models for Business Cases for\u00a0 Products &amp; Services, Promotions, Events, and other commercial interventions to ensure viability before rollout<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate training for stakeholder functions to better understand business case modeling<\/li>\n<li>Provide a market forecast for network dimensioning<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily\/weekly\/monthly or Adhoc commercial planning reports as per plan or line Managers request<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and preparation of commercial Opex Budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory \/ Leadership \/ Managerial Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set goals and objectives for direct reports, monitor progress and maintain motivation<\/li>\n<li>Manage the performance of the team.<\/li>\n<li>Identify staff training and development needs and implement necessary actions<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Career management of the team<\/li>\n<li>Input in hiring talents.<\/li>\n<li>Create an enabling\u00a0culture and environment for the team to deliver on business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Input in hiring talents.<\/li>\n<li>Create an enabling\u00a0culture and environment for the team to deliver on business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Embed risk culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Finance\/ Accounting\u00a0 or a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>A post-graduate degree MBA or Professional Certification will be advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years\u2019 work experience which includes: 3 years in a supervisory role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferable from a telecommunication industry or FMCG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emerging Business Intelligence and forecasting tools and systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leadership Programs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional\/Technical competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Knowledge in Business\/Commercial intelligence and Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management<\/li>\n<li>Business Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Strong Knowledge of Forecasting tools and methodology<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office e.g. Power BI<\/li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of statistical tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills\/Behavioural Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage conflict, accountability, self and team performance.<\/li>\n<li>Innovative takes initiative, result oriented and develops self consistently<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills, customer-centric, collaborative and\u00a0 ability to coach &amp; develop direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthy, integrity and ethical in dealings<\/li>\n<li>Ability to focus on priorities and plans, manages and monitors work effectively<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication, presentation skills,<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation and consulting skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Global thinker, Analytical thinking and Problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to handle issues with tact and diplomacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ability to manage own time and workload and juggle conflicting<\/p>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified applicants should send their Curriculum Vitae\u00a0to:<\/p>\n<p>Email<strong>:\u00a0MTNGhanaRecruitment@mtn.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kindly indicate the position in the subject and\u00a0note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manages the section responsible for coordinating the input from across the commercial functions into the business plan.
