\n\u2022 Must have held a leadership role for 4 years or more.
\n\u2022 Must be able to lead a team and drive the mission and vision of the organization
\n\u2022 Must able to take initiative and anticipate problems and find solutions.
\n\u2022 Must be conversant with both the GES and the British curricula
\n\u2022 Must have creative and innovative approaches to teaching and learning
\n\u2022 Must have very good computer skills<\/p>\n
