{"id":40837,"date":"2019-08-05T19:24:01","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T19:24:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=40837"},"modified":"2019-08-05T19:24:01","modified_gmt":"2019-08-05T19:24:01","slug":"nestle-recruitment-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/nestle-recruitment-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Nestl\u00e9 Recruitment 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Minimum Educational qualification:\u00a0<\/b>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<br \/>\n<b>Minimum Relevant work experience:<\/b>\u00a0Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Media Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Position Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Joining Nestl\u00e9 means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world.\u00a0 At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to enhance the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future.<\/p>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 CWAR is currently looking for a Regional Media Manager to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our media planning and buying across 25 countries in Central and West Africa.<\/p>\n<p>This role reports to the Head of Consumer Communications.<\/p>\n<p><b>A day in the life of\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Consumer Insight teams and external media agency partners to ensure Nestl\u00e9 applies latest media research and insight techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Media KPI\u2019s across all Contact Points to increase efficiency and effectiveness- Benchmark all buying performance to ensure continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Work with procurement as a partner consultant to ensure contract compliance and to improve delivery and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Validate regional and country level media plans.<\/li>\n<li>Evolve market media audit capability to track core KPI\u2019s for \u2018delivery, compliance and market advantage\u2019. Consult Nestl\u00e9 Audit and Procurement to evolve best practice and identify external partners for benchmarking.<\/li>\n<li>Provide test and learn programs to increase knowledge and capability in \u2018new media\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Lead Bi-annual\/Annual performance reviews of the Media agency partners.<\/li>\n<li>Build capability and knowledge of effective media planning and buying across the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What Will Make You Successful?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Media knowledge with a minimum of 8 years\u2019 experience in Media agency management or equivalent position in FMCG.<\/li>\n<li>Good Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience in both planning and buying functions plus full knowledge of emerging Digital landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should understand traditional media and have had experience in both planning and buying functions.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Must have either been exposed to media or coming from a media background with agency experience a well as experience working outside of Ghana or the rest of Africa<\/li>\n<li>FMCG experience would be ideal however this is not a necessity<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have gravitas, influence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship building , communication and presentation capabilities, ability to \u00a0learn and gain rapport easily and quickly<\/li>\n<li>Language \u2013 Ideally French and English speaking, however will consider candidates who are not French speaking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Minimum Educational qualification:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree Minimum Relevant work experience:\u00a0Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
