\n\u2022 Prepares, reviews and interprets contracts
\n\u2022 Prepares and responds to the correspondence of legal nature
\n\u2022 Ensures compliance with the provisions of the enabling legislation\u2019s of the agency
\n\u2022 Interprets the documents of legal nature and advise on issues arising therefrom
\n\u2022 Attends meetings of relevant committees of the board and other organizations as may be directed
\n\u2022 Pursues the legal interest of the agency in the Law Courts
\n\u2022 Serves as secretary to the Internal Audit Board<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
\n\u2022 Be computer literate<\/p>\n
