{"id":40875,"date":"2019-08-06T09:56:29","date_gmt":"2019-08-06T09:56:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=40875"},"modified":"2019-08-06T09:56:29","modified_gmt":"2019-08-06T09:56:29","slug":"vodafone-ghana-new-recruitment-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vodafone-ghana-new-recruitment-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodafone Ghana New Recruitment 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To survey, install, provide and maintain Fixed Voice and Broadband Last-mile connectivity (via Copper, Radio and Fibre) to customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Engineer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure works that are covered by Service Orders and issued through Schedule Controllers are carried out at the customers\u2019 premises.<\/li>\n<li>Testing and configuration of Line-drivers, modems, routers and other Customer-End-Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Network\/Data records are updated on job completion.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize the provision by the Schedule Controller for assistance where additional manning is required to accomplish a task.<\/li>\n<li>Work across Vodafone to achieve the best outcome for customers, employees and shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Pursue Vodafone\u2019s interests and goals beyond the benefit to our own function or market and leverage the benefits of being one company<\/li>\n<li>Strict adherence to all Vodafone Health and Safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>To comply with the SA Customer Service Engineers\u2019 Job standards and behaviours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years Telecoms or IT Industry Experience Engineering or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Hand-on experience on IP Networks and infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the design and\/or implementations of the last-mile of Lease-lines, WAN and data services<\/li>\n<li>Working and understanding of IP\/MPLS VPN technologies and basic PABX Configuration<\/li>\n<li>Must have clean driving record, and possess valid driving incense<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To survey, install, provide and maintain Fixed Voice and Broadband Last-mile connectivity (via Copper, Radio and Fibre) to customers.
