{"id":40903,"date":"2019-08-07T09:59:59","date_gmt":"2019-08-07T09:59:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=40903"},"modified":"2019-08-07T10:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-08-07T10:00:00","slug":"walk-in-solutions-jobs-2019-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/walk-in-solutions-jobs-2019-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Walk In Solutions Jobs 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Head \u2013After Sales &amp; Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting To:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Head-Auto Distribution,Ghana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Accra, Ghana.<\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Expectations :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead and drive the development of workshop &amp; spare parts function in line with strategic and business plans and values, working closely and collaboratively with the Business Heads to assist in the delivery of cohesive, high quality services &amp; spares networks.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0 \u00a0 To assist in the delivery of cohesive, high quality services &amp; spares networks.3. \u00a0 \u00a0 Manage &amp; control operational, fixed &amp; variable cost so as to ensure that the total investment in spare parts is commensurate with the turn over being achieved.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00a0 \u00a0 Will be responsible for relationship management with channel partners, suppliers &amp; dealer service development in order to maximize business opportunities<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead, develop &amp; mentor the team to ensure high standards of service delivery and adherence to timelines<\/p>\n<p>6. \u00a0 \u00a0 Ensure operational dexterity and adherence of all systems, procedures, SOPs\/ SLAs in order to maintain uniformity &amp; render good service<\/p>\n<p>7. \u00a0 \u00a0 Develop and implement marketing programs and campaigns to augment<\/p>\n<p><strong>sales and sales forecasts for the spare parts business.<\/strong><strong>Key Skills required :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Deep understanding of the design of appropriate technology and relevant operational and strategic economic development activities in West Africa<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Very strong technical competence; should have working knowledge of ERP; having managed AMC &amp; SLA<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Professional experience in supporting\/managing complex networked systems and an enterprise data center.
