Ensure that these procedures comply with contractual reporting requirements and, if not, modify accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare activity plans to accomplish all the work required by the procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with client project control personnel as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Timely preparation and issue of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>overall project schedule<\/li>\n<li>project network<\/li>\n<li>manpower projection plan<\/li>\n<li>critical equipment lists\/schedules<\/li>\n<li>progress s-curves and tabulations<\/li>\n<li>manhour\/manpower histograms<\/li>\n<li>short term look-ahead schedules<\/li>\n<li>monthly progress report including narrative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all involved parties participate in the preparation of items described in item 5 and that they agree to their respective elements and approve documents where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate schedule and control curves in an updated condition and prepare forecasts of trends.<\/li>\n<li>To provide a planning\/scheduling service (in accordance with contract execution procedures) to both project and corporate management for home office and external (i.e. field) activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>A Diploma or BSc Engineering Degree or sufficient relevant experience in lieu of qualification requirements. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience with at least 3 years of planning experience. Experience in extractive industry preferred.\u00a0 Must be a proficient user of MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word. Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills.
