SAIC is seeking an Advanced Training Management Trainer in support of our GPOI mission in Ghana.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Advanced Training Management Trainer<\/strong><\/p>\n Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n The Advanced Training Management Trainer will be Team Lead\u2019s principal instructor for Task C and Task G. The Trainer will serve as senior instructor on team to train the GAF PMTC staff to enhance their training management, training resource management and instructional skills IAW learning objectives and outcomes specified in the SOW.<\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum Qualifications<\/strong>\u00a0: The Trainer have the following education, experience, and military background:<\/p>\n Completed U.S. or foreign equivalent Military Education Level 4 (Command and General Staff College)<\/p>\n Minimum of fifteen (15) years military operations and training experience cumulative with directly related experience in overseas program operations.<\/p>\n Experience as senior trainer to a foreign security partner with directly related experience in capacity building and unit-level assessments.<\/p>\n Desired Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n Experience in organizational development, conducting activities intended to drive institutional improvement and self-sufficient organizational change.<\/p>\n Experience in a U.S. or foreign military training and doctrine development organization, or permanent assignment to a U.S. or foreign military training school or combat training center.<\/p>\n Bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n Regional Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.<\/p>\n REQNUMBER: engility-194207<\/p>\n SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation\u2019s most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
