Coordinate and deliver on all lawful LEA Disclosure policies and legislative guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Fraud Prevention and Monitoring Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Core Fraud Prevention<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead in effectively detecting, preventing, and managing GSM Gateway Fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Adequately monitor the occurrence of all types of fraud on the Vodafone Ghana IN Platform and other interfaces e.g ( simbox, roaming fraud, high usage, PABX, sim registration, hot list, Mobile IN Top, IRSF \/ Test sims)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fraud Risk Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate fraud risk reviews of all new products and services as required by the business<\/li>\n<li>Lead in the coordination and implementation of new trends in fraud management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Governance and Reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of Fraud related reports<\/li>\n<li>Fraud forum activities<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of internal and external trends of incidents<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for achieving fraud security compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key performance indicators<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide an effective security cover for the prevention, detection and management of GSM Gateway Fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Offer the required monitoring of fraud on the Vodafone Ghana IN Platform and other interfaces. These should cover all fraud types e.g ( inbox, roaming fraud, high usage, PABX, sim reg, hotlist, Mobile IN Top, IRSF \/ Test sims)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Core competencies, knowledge, and Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specialist in their field with a mix of consultative and security audit experience<\/li>\n<li>Revenue Assurance or Telecoms operations experience<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient understanding of Fraud (detection, monitoring, and analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and written ability; results-orientated with process improvement and commercial focus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical\/professional qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree from a recognized tertiary institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Develop and manage a reliable and efficient fraud management operation, deploying best practice to protect business assets, people, reputation and operations.
