Every year 4 billion Jumbo cubes are consumed throughout the African continent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gino<\/strong>\u00a0provides a wide range of quality products to African families: tomato paste and mix, seasonings, pasta and rice among other products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Development Manager (R&amp;D Food Industry)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We need to recruit 3 Product Development Technicians that will be responsible for the project\u00a0management for product developments within GB Foods and for their technical implementation<\/p>\n<p>The incumbents will be responsible for the R&amp;D project and counterpart of the designated business representative (Marketing, Sales, Global New Business), being the technical representative for the project in all forums.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and organization of the project in alignment with the correspondent project\u2019s team members<\/li>\n<li>Compliance of the project\u2019s KPIs (tracking &amp; reporting)<\/li>\n<li>Successful handover and implementation of the technical dossier from Research at Viability Gate<\/li>\n<li>Management of resources allocated to the project, ensuring full efficiency in projects\u2019 execution<\/li>\n<li>Proposing a technical solution fitting the established KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring technical execution of the product development, being responsible of involving all necessary technical counterparts<\/li>\n<li>Developing products targeting the project\u2019s needs, planning and leading the execution of lab\/industrial trials<\/li>\n<li>Establishing an efficient network in the factory, in alignment with the correspondent factory partner<\/li>\n<li>Providing the necessary technical inputs (e.g. recipe, inspection plan), and generates the defined technical outputs (such as AW\u2019s, technical sheets), ensuring their availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What can you expect from us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being a part of a new challenging project in a company that is currently expanding its business in the African market<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for committed people, with a high sense of accountability and good technical and personal skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical education: food chemistry, food technology<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the food industry in products research and development<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, and coordination skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enjoying together around good food\u201d\u00a0defines the essence of\u00a0GBfoods.
