\n2. Engage in regional customer support activities including accurate entry of orders, quotes and RMA\u2019s, and creation and maintenance of special specifications
\n3. Communicate to customers and reps on deliverables and resolving of additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
\n4. Complete and pass the required customer service certifications.
\n5. Use judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
\n6. Assist with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
\n7. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.
\n8. Understand. Create. Simplify.
\n9. Other duties as assigned (may include office administration and other support duties dependent on region\/department).<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 1 year of customer service experience
\nAssociate\u2019s degree or related business experience
\nStrong computer skills
\nAbility to learn concepts and technical details of products
\nStrong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills
\nAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
\nAbility to work cooperatively in a team environment
\nBackground check results satisfactory to SEL
\nNegative drug test result(s)
\nAbility to write and speak English coherently<\/p>\n
\nERP or CRM tools experience
\nExperience in technical sales environment
\nBilingual
\nBachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>\n
