Our aim is to attract and guide the most talented, innovative and creative technology minds.<\/p>\n<p>Is this you?<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for graduates with the following degrees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum education level required: Bachelor\u2019s Degree from a Technical Telecom, Electronics, Computer Science Engineering (or a degree in a relevant field).<\/li>\n<li>Newly graduated individuals in 2018 or 2019 with the above-mentioned qualifications or fresh graduates who have graduated one year ago maximum are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scope, define &amp; design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer technology, define business requirements &amp; participate in risk analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting pre-sales activities, including pre-studies.<\/li>\n<li>Plan the implementation of the product configuration\/integration work.<\/li>\n<li>Help to Execute product configuration, integration and migration work<\/li>\n<li>Help to prepare system test, module test and accept the test.<\/li>\n<li>Support deployment of the solution.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation &amp; information sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills in Related Areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of Mobile and Wireless Networks specifically (2G,3G,4G &amp; 5G)<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic Network level competence.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn Ericsson Portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the Service Delivery Process.<\/li>\n<li>Understand Change Management.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills (oral and written).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office<\/li>\n<li>Software Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Apply if you have\/are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good personal interaction skills and good communication capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong learning agility and a proactive can-do attitude with continues improvement mind-set<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to change<\/li>\n<li>Creativity \u2013 ability to see and make things in a new or different way, the capability of developing inspiration, innovation, or insight<\/li>\n<li>Drive \u2013 determination, focus, take the ups and downs, stick with things long enough to see them through<\/li>\n<li>Open-minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams<\/li>\n<li>Responsiveness \u2013 ability to understand, quickly adapt and act upon new information and influences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 months graduate program \u2013 we offer you a great training program before you move into an experienced job<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to be a part of an international company powered by technology and customer interaction<\/li>\n<li>Explore your passion for innovation and your desire to join a leader.
