Each team is responsible for the success of the country, from managing the execution of our drone deliveries to providing an excellent experience for our customers and key stakeholders. As the first Data Analyst on our Global Ops team, you\u2019ll own: Operational Metrics &amp; Decks \u2014 Making sure global &amp; local operations have accurate numbers and the right metrics to evaluate the health of their business, root cause problems. and measure the success of their projects\/initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Data Analyst and Software Programmer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting for External Customers \u2014 Creating reports and data visualizations that can be used to enhance or customer &amp; client experience, including for getting new business in our countries of operation.<\/p>\n<p>Prototyping Web Apps to Create Valuable Stop-Gap Solutions \u2014 Finding opportunities and building scrappy tools, prototyping web apps, and creating reports which can be a \u2018stop gap\u2019 when we don\u2019t have technology\/software solutions. All to help make improve Operator Experience or Customer Experience.<\/p>\n<p>Coaching Ops Team on Data Analysis \u2014 Help local operations be self-sufficient with data by sharing knowledge (though good documentation), conducting teaching sessions, and coaching interested members.<\/p>\n<p>We strongly value folks from diverse backgrounds.
