Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0Sales Nutritionist\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualification and requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor or master\u2019s degree in nutrition with 2-3 years of experience and master the following skills:<\/p>\n

  1. organized and good time management skills<\/li>\n
  2. have a valid driving license<\/li>\n
  3. good Word and Excel sheet background<\/li>\n
  4. leadership potential<\/li>\n
  5. team player<\/li>\n
  6. self-motivated and able to work independently<\/li>\n
  7. excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Job description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. In the setup phase of the distribution network<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      • Map all possible sales points for the different brands in Accra<\/li>\n
      • Assist with the setup of an IT tool to ensure traceability of selling points and follow up of on the ground sales and logistic activity in collaboration with the sales and marketing manager<\/li>\n
      • Map possible sales point up the country<\/li>\n
      • Engage in talks with potential distributors and inform them about the health benefits of our product range<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        1. Prepare the launch program of our brands and products in the distribution network for every new brand<\/li>\n
        2. Assist with the recruitment of the sales team<\/li>\n
        3. Train the sales team in the health benefits of our product ranges<\/li>\n
        4. In phase 2, after the setup of the network and the launching of the products, manage the sales team in all aspects of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
