MSG\u2019s goal\u00a0is to meet the needs Of the underserved and improve access to the use of Family Planning (FP) and\u00a0other Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services.<\/p>\n<p>MSIG is part of Marie Stopes International\u2019s global partnership, which operates in over Thirty-seven (37) countries worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Length Of contract: All vacancies advertised have one (1) year contract (renewable based upon good\u00a0performance).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: CBT Drivers, Bole &amp; Yendi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure that assigned are in good working conditions at all times\u00a0and to assist the vehicle to attain high standard quality care at all time.\u00a0 To also ensure that high driving standards are exhibited in the community. among learns and wherever driving required. The Driver will report to the Fleet Officer and the CBT Midwife.<\/p>\n<p>One driver will be based in Bole in the Savanna Region and the other in Yendi in the Northern region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the CBT Midwife to be able to attain high standard vehicle quality care at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Check that vehicle is fuelled and in proper running condition before use.<\/li>\n<li>Pick and drop project visitors at the designated areas,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure vehicles are in good working conditions at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Report all damages to Fleet Officer for necessary action,<\/li>\n<li>Channel all requests for repairs. maintenance and through the Officer<\/li>\n<li>Keep a daily record of vehicle mileage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible the daily maintenance of vehicle allocated.<\/li>\n<li>Return vehicle to head office, clinic or designated location immediately after<\/li>\n<li>Assist the clinical team in providing service.<\/li>\n<li>Support in community mobilization<\/li>\n<li>Support CBT Midwife in the registration of clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure formal communications with the various health partners are properly documented with administrative work when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as may be assigned by Midwife and\/or Fleet Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a minimum of MSLC \/BECE certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in auto mechanic will be an advantage of<\/li>\n<li>knowledge and skills in computer application such as Microsoft Word. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal<\/li>\n<li>Fair written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Must have in vehicle care and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, excel, powerpoint),<\/li>\n<li>Work experience with Ghana Health Service and\/ or a health-related NGO<\/li>\n<li>Articulate and pays attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Must be multi-skilled<\/li>\n<li>Must have the requisite experience in\u00a0be pro-choice to women and men seeking Planning and Reproductive Health services<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work on own initiative and for periods.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about maternal health<\/li>\n<li>Team Player and motivate team members to deliver service and results<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and\u00a0able to motivate others to achieve results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This is a local position.
