It is a\u00a0mixed-basket of various functions with overall responsibility for Business\u00a0Planning, Financial and Cost control, Health, Safety and general Risk\u00a0Management, Human Resource Management, and day-to-day Administration of<br \/>\nthe manufacturing division\/ facility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Planning, Cost Accounting and Risk Management;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all business planning, finance and accounting functions including\u00a0budgeting; treasury\/ cash flow management.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Cost control and cost efficiency, determining the cost of\u00a0business products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Performing rate calculations for products and cost estimates, perform variance\u00a0analysis and identifying reasons for variances.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing market trends, forecasting production figures, planning materials\u00a0delivery and labor requirements to meet demands at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and design cost structure and cost flow;
