\n\u2022 Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company
\n\u2022 Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the long-term objectives and priorities established by the Board
\n\u2022 Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems
\n\u2022 Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees
\n\u2022 Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Board Of significant changes
\n\u2022 Maintaining the operational performance of the company
\n\u2022 Building and maintaining an effective management team<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A Retired ex-serviceman not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent or equivalent.
\n\u2022 Special knowledge of the Security Industry would be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Minimum of five 5 years experience in managerial role or similar capacity
\n\u2022 Must not be above fifty (50) years.
\n\u2022 Skillful in project planning\/ tasks.
\n\u2022 Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint mandatory)<\/p>\n
