The role is responsible for ensuring an end to end operational and financial performance towards the account, MFS Delivery and operations according to agreed targets. The role is acting on behalf of Operations, typically for one or more customer accounts. The role shall ensure that the portfolio is managed and that projects within that portfolio are progressing according to schedule. Ensuring ADM and LCM is planned and executed for Mobile Money in an optimal setup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Mobile Money WECA Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role, with the insight of the ongoing portfolio, is key to ensure communication to the KAMs and Delivery and Operations organizations for specific progress and escalation support as well as towards engagement practices for providing input into opportunities towards the customer.<\/p>\n<p>The role also includes supporting pre-sales activities.<\/p>\n<p>You will be reporting to Head of Mobile Money<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secure and establish a customer-focused and efficient way of working for the M-Commerce in the areas:\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Project Execution<\/li>\n<li>Operations, Support and Manage services<\/li>\n<li>Regular financial reporting and follow up with account functions<\/li>\n<li>Optimize workforce set up<\/li>\n<li>Setting goals and follow up on resources performance<\/li>\n<li>Secure resources competence development and allocation<\/li>\n<li>Resource forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Active part in creating Mobile Money delivery and operation organization<\/li>\n<li>Close cooperation with R&amp;D<\/li>\n<li>Support customer in preparation and delivery of services quarterly roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Own Regular governance with customer business and technology units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Technology or Economics, preferably MSC, MBA or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance 8+ years<\/li>\n<li>Ericsson Converged Wallet or equivalent e-wallet platform 5+ years<\/li>\n<li>Program Director or Manager experience 8+ years<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented with customer first attitude<\/li>\n<li>Can handle stressful and ambiguous situations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with strong drive and initiative, collaborative, relating and networking<\/li>\n<li>Track record as a leader and the ability to work independently preferably with a well-established contact network within Ericsson<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing personality that finds it easy to cooperate and establish relationships across organizational boundaries and in a global environment<\/li>\n<li>Good at handling resource planning and competence development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Head of Mobile Money Operations WECA ensures that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled towards Contract by line and functional organizations.
