This person will be responsible for providing leadership to the sales team in identifying new business deals. The right person for this role is a savvy relationship builder with extensive sales experience and a strong leader for dynamic teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0General Manager \u2013Sales (IC Role)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Master\u2019s degree in a related field from a recognized university;<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Ten (10) + years\u2019 relevant experience in driving sales from the region as an individual contributor<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience in IT consistently meeting or exceeding targets as well set up new.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing Regional or Country sales operations<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of IT Solutions and products in enterprise and Public Sector Segments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working on large tenders, creating business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing large bid process, related documentation, pricing and competitor analysis<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in West African market, handling both public and private sector clients.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Revenue Generation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.<\/li>\n<li>Understand country-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift strategic business direction.<\/li>\n<li>Develop relationships with partners and managing all clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop leads, actively target and follow up clients, identify and prioritize profitable business opportunities in liaison and with the support of the Corporate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Operations Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership to the organization in strategizing, planning and implementing sales strategies in the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Corporate Positioning<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the go to market strategy for each product\/solution and appropriately execute a sales.
