.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Credit Control Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Objective of Position:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To develop and maintain an effective credit control system for the company<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key\u00a0Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To manage the outstanding sales\/servicing balances falling due and contact customers before overdue to confirm payments<\/li>\n<li>Set and monitor credit limits and undertake measures to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory level<\/li>\n<li>Develop or Review the company credit control procedure and assess the credit worthiness of all potential customers before sales are made<\/li>\n<li>To develop strategies for collecting debt from all District Assemblies and MMDAs<\/li>\n<li>To review all sales agreements of the company including resolutions with government agencies<\/li>\n<li>To set monthly debt collection targets and prepare reports on payment balances for management decision making<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management or its representative from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND Accounting with a professional qualification (ICA\u00a0or ACCA)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience as a Credit Control Officer<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marketing Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Objective of Position:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To market the products and services of the company<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key\u00a0Tasks:<br \/>\nThe Key tasks of the incumbent are but not limited to the following:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To manage and\u00a0maintain positive relationships with customers<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Market\u00a0Research to determine\u00a0the needs of customers<\/li>\n<li>Support the overall marketing objectives of the company both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Supply sufficient information\u00a0to the\u00a0Marketing Supervisor to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of\u00a0activity<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain\u00a0a computerized customer and prospect database<\/li>\n<li>Carry out competitor surveys to help in developing new marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Increase the\u00a0market share of the company by undertaking activities\u00a0to maintain customers and win\u00a0new customers<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duty as\u00a0may be assigned by management from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>1st Degree in Marketing\/Social Sciences with minimum\u00a0of 3 years experience in an automobile company or<\/li>\n<li>HND in Marketing with minimum of 4 years experience in an automobile company<\/li>\n<li>Must be a good communicator both written and oral<\/li>\n<li>Must have good knowledge in Microsoft office suite<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Technical Supervisor<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Objective of Position:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To keep all equipments in the department in the utmost\u00a0 operational state, assess contract sites and assist the Manager in other duties<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key\u00a0Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ensure the effective management of the fleet equipments in the department<\/li>\n<li>Conduct project site assessment and advice your supervisor on the nature of terrain and the possible effects on equipments before equipments are releases on contracts<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical advice to clients on the use of equipments and the most suitable equipments for their contracts<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control spare parts consumption<\/li>\n<li>Visit long term project sites to inspect the performance of the equipments<\/li>\n<li>Prepare maintenance schedule for all the equipments in consultation with the Workshop Managers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the safety of all operators by providing first aid boxes on the equipments, providing them with the Personal Protective Clothing among others<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering with 4yrs experience in Supervisory role<\/li>\n<li>1st Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3yrs experience in a supervisory role<\/li>\n<li>Experience in equipment leasing is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer
