{"id":41461,"date":"2019-09-23T11:18:03","date_gmt":"2019-09-23T11:18:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=41461"},"modified":"2019-09-23T11:18:03","modified_gmt":"2019-09-23T11:18:03","slug":"council-for-law-reporting-recruitment-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/council-for-law-reporting-recruitment-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Council for Law Reporting Recruitment 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0<strong>Council for Law<\/strong>\u00a0which is officially mandated institution responsible for the publication of the Ghana Law Reports and the Review of Ghana Law from qualified personnel to fill the following position as<strong>\u00a0Court Reporter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: COURT REPORTER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertakes word processing, typesetting and formatting of judgements from the Superior Courts, headnotes of law reports and articles to conform to the Council\u2019s house style for its publications.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares indexes as well as the preliminary pages to the Council\u2019s publications<\/li>\n<li>Supports in compiling and finalising manuscripts for printing.<\/li>\n<li>Performs secretarial duties at the Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess a minimum of HND Secretaryship or its equivalent from a recognised institution.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in the English language with a flair for reading, conducting legal research and an eye for detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Applicants must have completed statutory National Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"main-content\" class=\"row\">\n<p>Application including contact phone numbers, with CV and two referees should be sent to<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE EDITOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>GHANA LAW REPORTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>COUNCIL FOR LAW REPORTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P.
