And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!<\/p>\n<p>Our two-year rotational Technical Graduate program for Africa PM and Maximo creates an opportunity for a young graduate to undertake a work placement to learn and develop skills and competencies. He would help support the reliability and availability of assets of the plant and support Preventive Maintenance and Maximo related activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Graduates Trainee Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Technical Graduate would understudy and be mentored to support the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor conditions of maintenance equipment, materials, parts and tools that are used by the maintenance team in their day-to day activities<\/li>\n<li>Follow up\/check work orders status and participate in Root Cause Analysis for critical\/frequent breakdowns.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing maintenance spare parts and critical parts using Maximo<\/li>\n<li>Support with the review of maintenance plans for assets, update assets information for the factory and support with Maximo training where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Support with the use of Maximo for maintenance Works Management (from Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Reporting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Academic &amp; Technical Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical\/Electronic Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Experience \/ Knowledge<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum 2 years work experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment (preferably food or process industry)<\/li>\n<li>Basic HSE &amp; GMP Competencies<\/li>\n<li>Recent graduate with international outlook who is fluent in English and French<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL \/ FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Drive for results<\/li>\n<li>Organizational agility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>INTERPERSONAL \/ LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Team player with good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PERSONAL STYLE \/ ATTITUDE \/ MOTIVATION<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ability to multitask.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to transfer knowledge to others.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Considerations Or Comments<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two years contract<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to rotate between units\/ functions and other African sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Barry Callebaut, we are on a journey to transform the cocoa and chocolate industry.
