Summary of Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n Under the general supervision of the Deputy Management and Consular Office, operates the central telephone switchboard serving all programs of the mission Programs (especially, Consular Services); controls physical access to the Chancery and provides a front-line security system; and performs other duties<\/p>\n Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelors Degree. \nAt least two years work experience in an office environment, preferably in a client service oriented field
\nFluent English and French language skills
\nExcellent interpersonal and client service skills; discreet and tactful
\nAbility to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
\nProvide translation services as requested by the Consular Officer
\nA self-starter and good organiser with the ability to prioritise work in a dynamic environment
\nAsset Qualifications:
\nExperience in liaising with Ghanaian government agencies and diplomatic missions\/organisations
\nPersonal Suitability:
\nProfessional integrity, tact, dependability, judgement, initiative, adaptability and flexibility
\nNOTE: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced reliability check and security assessment, as well as a medical examination. Successful results for these are required prior to employment<\/p>\n
