Beverage Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports To: Food &amp; Beverage Manager and Assistant Food &amp; Beverage Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Hotel Management<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of four (4) years experience in a similar position in a 4 to 5 star hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy in Microsoft offce &amp; Excel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills, interpersonal skills and service oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain a high level of compliance and good corporate governance.<\/li>\n<li>Must be prepared to work long hours and as and when duty demands.<\/li>\n<li>Highly responsible and reliable<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work cohesively as pa rt of a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates and supervises activities of the restaurant service employees in providing courteous and rapid service to guests.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures waiter station allocation is done and communicated to the specific service personnel before service.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver on set goals whilst engaging the other team member on other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Train service staff on a regular basis in liaison with F&amp;B Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Have full knowledge of all menu items being served.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all beverage write offs\/breakages are signed off by the controller and the F&amp;B Manager on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all food and beverage management bills are posted, settled and signed off by the relevant managers on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the handover notes are written in the handover book at the end of the shift as per the policy.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the service team in all aspects of the department and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications with a recent passport photograph, updated CV&#8217;s, certificates and contact phone numbers should reach<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Human Resource Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Labadi Beach Hotel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P.O.Box 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trade Fair, LA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Accra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Email:\u00a0<strong>labadihrmanager@legacyhotels.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title:\u00a0Food &amp;
