He\/ she is closely integrated in the day-to-day operations and the \u201cgo-to\u201d person for all financial matters relating to this business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Commercial Finance Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Key elements of the position are:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Responsible for all financial matters: with main focus on commercial finance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide financial analysis and decision support to the Managing director, Commercial Finance Manager, WA and National Sales Manager and counsel them on financial matters;<\/li>\n<li>Drive initiatives to improve Gross Profit (Pricing, Promo optimization, Mix optimization,<\/li>\n<li>Prepare in-depth &amp; insightful analysis of actual results, including identification of opportunities and risks; submit commentaries\/analytics ;<\/li>\n<li>Distributor management and RTM financial analysis and reporting by channel\/ RTM model<\/li>\n<li>Profitability and KPI scorecard tracking e.g. DSO to drive business improvement<\/li>\n<li>Distributor financial scorecard tracking and review to support on-going customer performance assessment and appropriate compensation and incentive design<\/li>\n<li>Trade spend efficiency evaluation to ensure optimal investment decision making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><b>Person Specification<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>You have University degree or equivalent with min 5 years\u2019 experience in finance<\/li>\n<li>Candidate MUST be commercial; business savvy<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as a team player in a cross-functional \/ international environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of how different functions and levels interact to achieve objectives ;<\/li>\n<li>Handling complexity and transform complex issues to understandable structures;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of self-management and time management.
