The postholder will be the main point of contact for visitors, providing information about our services, counseling customers to ensure they make the right decisions regarding products and services and ensure inquiries are converted into sales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service and Sales Advisor\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Kumasi, Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some key\u00a0role requirements include:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree, HND, Professional Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Marketing or Customer Service Qualification desirable<\/li>\n<li>A good level of spoken and written English at Proficiency Level B2<\/li>\n<li>At least two years working in reputable customer service and\/or sales environment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP and CRM desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please refer to the role profile for a full list of the role responsibilities\/accountabilities and person specifications which can be found by following the link below.<\/p>\n<p>Please note you will not be able to upload your CV.
