Vacancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To drive Mobile Financial Services business with regards to product distribution, profitability and increase Vodafone Ghana market share.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Vodafone Cash Development Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities and deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the strategic direction of Vodafone Cash in the region by owning the vision of the service.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary support person for Vodafone Cash within the region<\/li>\n<li>Manage Agents profitability<\/li>\n<li>Manage Vodafone Cash distributor(s) to achieve set sales &amp; distribution targets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Area Development Representatives adhere to distribution best practices in recruiting, on-boarding and managing agents<\/li>\n<li>Drive key distributors to achieve distribution logistics compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure AML &amp; Compliance objectives is achieved in the area of jurisdiction<\/li>\n<li>Communication of Vodafone Cash\u2019s vision to Vodafone Cash Distributors<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of numeric distribution growth targets<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of revenue and subscriber growth targets<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of Quality Gross Adds targets<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of Liquidity targets<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of Active agent<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of Training and Audit targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure trade visibility standards are met<\/li>\n<li>Reduce out of stock at through the channel<\/li>\n<li>Timely delivery of market intelligence report<\/li>\n<li>Lead strategies that drive acquisition of Vodafone cash Revenue Generating Subscribers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an undergraduate degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related subject.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in FMCG or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Effective team player<\/li>\n<li>Conversant with Microsoft Office and Project management and business process skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To drive Mobile Financial Services business with regards to product distribution, profitability and increase Vodafone Ghana market share.
