Experience<br \/>\nFormal Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MVT I<\/li>\n<li>Crane operator certification of competency.<\/li>\n<li>MINCOM crane operator certificate of competence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 crane operation experience in a fixed plant or similar environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operation of rough and all terrain crane for lifting of heavy equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Operation of overhead hoist for lifting heavy equipment in a fixed plant area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Behavioural Attributes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pro-Active.<\/li>\n<li>Safety Conscious<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Conditions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position is in a very remote location.\u00a0 The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job.<\/li>\n<li>Specific vision abilities required by the job include good vision and depth perception (i.e. close, distance, color, and peripheral vision), and ability to adjust focus.<\/li>\n<li>Protective Equipment (PPE): Work requires mandatory PPE such as helmet, safety glasses, respirator, highly visible clothing, safety harness, ear plugs, steel-toed boots according to working conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essential Duties<\/p>\n<p><b>Administration<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce a daily shift report and submit to the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0Plant &amp;
