The company is globally recognized as a start-up specialist for gaming operations in emerging markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Africa Based \u2013 SPR Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selecting correct quantities of spare parts and packaging them for Distribution to Regional Branches and record keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Taking stock counts and updating records of stock<\/li>\n<li>Receiving in damaged spare parts from regional branches and record keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning of electronic circuit boards and other parts that have been returned to workshop for repair.<\/li>\n<li>Testing of circuit boards prior and post repair and documenting results<\/li>\n<li>To aid in the Repair and testing of small thermal printers and printer cutting device<\/li>\n<li>To Aid in the testing and repair of Smart Card readers<\/li>\n<li>To be trained on how to diagnose problems on Printed circuit boards and how to repair them<\/li>\n<li>Report to SPR Manager or Maintenance Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION, SHOULD:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Spare Parts Repair background<\/li>\n<li>Have Excellent SPR(Spare Parts Repair) skills<\/li>\n<li>Have computer &amp; typing skills and be able to use Microsoft Windows, Internet, Excel, &amp; Word and ERP systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand electronic schematics. Step motor, switching power supply, digital and analogue circuits.<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with analogue and digital multimeter, and sometimes oscilloscope usage<\/li>\n<li>Confident in troubleshooting and final test checks.<\/li>\n<li>Be experienced and able to use hand and small power tools<\/li>\n<li>Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in group settings<\/li>\n<li>Be well organized, able to multi-task, follow instructions and ability to provide feedback<\/li>\n<li>Have good verbal and written communications skills in English language<\/li>\n<li>Willing to be continuous trained and work outside the country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic degree or similar background<\/li>\n<li>0-1 year working experience in electronic SMD boards repairing, analog or digital<\/li>\n<li>French and English Speaker<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of analogue and digital signal processing<\/li>\n<li>Well organized and ability to follow instructions<\/li>\n<li>Have valid passport and ready to travel to African countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits:<\/p>\n<p>Editec UK offers for this position the below:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Break of 2 weeks every 6 months with 2 return ticket to your home country.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Medical insurance.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Accommodation will be provided in the operation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Editec is a successful lottery and sports betting operator, with offerings in over 25 countries across Africa.
