\n\u2022 Minimum grade of Assistant Director in the GES plus 5 years experience in the service or 5 years as Head of a private educational institution
\n\u2022 Must be highly organised, efficient, able to work indepedently, use initiative and meet deadlines
\n\u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely essential
\n\u2022 The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, school management skills, ability to write proposals and be computer literate. (Very good skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
\n\u2022 The successful applicant should be capable of assisting in formulating educational, child welfare and development policies for SOS schools and villages
\n\u2022 Must be knowledgeable in Child Rights and Child Safe Guarding Practices<\/p>\n
