provides direction in safety, quality control, compliance, regulatory, operational and administrative matters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience \/ Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years, well-rounded experience in field production, International security and Oil &amp;
