\n\u2022 Manage all personnel and equipment related to the FM Contract ensuring the project is run safely and within client and company HSE standards and policies,
\n\u2022 Provide specialist advice on alt matters pertaining to material\/corrosion in the refinery and\/or chemical plants; a technical backup, support and source of reference to the whole site on all materials selection and corrosion problems.
\n\u2022 To work closely with the Clients Inspection engineers and operations teams to develop optimum productivity on the offshore assets.
\n\u2022 Lead and drive alignment, standardisation and improvement for materials and corrosion, inspection practices, guidelines and policies.
\n\u2022 Support the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure\/trend activities relating to site integrity performance.
\n\u2022 To drive and facilitate the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessment and reviews that includes the implementation of integrity Operating Windows and Design Operating Windows.
\n\u2022 Lead, support and conduct failure analysis for equipment integrity related incidents
\n\u2022 Conduct corrosion surveys, assessments and audits to the department assets related to wet crude damage mechanisms such as HIC, localised and general corrosion.
\n\u2022 Develop continuous improvements solutions for corrosion challenges
\n\u2022 Review Engineering design packages related to corrosion aspects and appropriate material selection and coating.
\n\u2022 Develop the department corrosion management programmes to monitor corrosion.
\n\u2022 Plan, monitor and improve chemical treatment programmes related to corrosion issues.
\n\u2022 Share corrosion knowledge and experience and train young engineers.
\n\u2022 Ensure all fabric maintenance projects costs are closely monitored allowing projects to be profitable and within the Company\u2019s budget parameters.
\n\u2022 Assist to review invoicing with finance department to ensure all is issued accurately and timeously.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be a senior member of an engineering institute or equivalent association.
\n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience as discipline engineer or discipline manager<\/p>\n
