To be able to assist clients to meet these increasing demands, we require the skills and expertise of a Risk Manager to join our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Client Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess\/design of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Assess\/design of internal audit and internal control functions<\/li>\n<li>Planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit assignments (co-source and outsource)<\/li>\n<li>Provision of assurance on technology, processes, and assessment of control effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Training delivery, on corporate governance, risk management, etc<\/li>\n<li>SOX assessment and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Internal Audit\/Internal Control function assessment<\/li>\n<li>Compliance assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>People Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to performance feedback and people-related initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate our fundamental values: professional respect to all team members; personal accountability; trustworthiness; and teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Create a positive learning culture \u2013 you will develop junior team members through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as Counsellor to one or more team member<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Skills and Experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in working in a consulting environment is highly desired<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of GRC systems<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in customer engagement with an understanding of leading practices and industry challenges<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English<\/li>\n<li>Execution focused and proven the ability to get things done<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Educational and Academic Qualifications<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Science or Business Administration from a reputable institution<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification (e.g. ACCA \/ CA \/ CRCMP, CIA etc)<\/li>\n<li>An advanced degree from a reputable institution will be a bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a volatile world, effective risk management protects, sustains and improves business performance.
