The job is based in Accra Ghana and would require relocation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"field_label\">Job Description<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Maintenance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with external Suppliers\/Dealerships to ensure the best pricing is achieved so as to drive the costs down.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement of the new initiatives and system improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Designing of SLA\u2019s specific to each supplier profile.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the technical relationship with the Dealerships.<\/li>\n<li>Product management of new services as they go live.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a risk assessment of all authorizations on a day to day basis to ensure limited risk.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships between Customers and Sales staff as far as technical issues are concerned.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all warranty and policy claims are submitted timorously to ensure Avis Fleet doesn\u2019t pay for unnecessary costs<\/li>\n<li>Continuously fine-tuning the workflow, processes, and procedures in meeting our customer needs and meeting the company objectives<\/li>\n<li>Obtain all relevant information on new vehicle entrants into the market for loading onto AS400.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all staff knows and understands the content of FML and MM contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure work of outstanding quality by all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all quotations are presented timeously, accurate and correct based on worksheet input.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Dealerships as far as stock, prices, processes, and relationships are concerned.
