Vacancies 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To deliver Regional key performance indicators (revenue, reloads, distribution, sales) and grow market share.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Sales Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the growth of revenue in the region. To this end, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for implementing sales strategy leading to the conversion of airtime into reloads in the region<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the distribution of Vodafone airtime in the Region. He\/she is responsible for ensuring distributors, DSAs and Associate Distributors comply with Vodafone\u2019s distribution key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for acquisitions (Mobile, VF Cash, SOHO &amp; Fixed) and acquisition revenues from the Region. The Regional Sales Manager is to ensure that subscriber growth targets for the region are met working with freelancers and retailers.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible\u00a0 for identifying and developing the various channels for acquisitions. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of all VF Cash distribution KPIs (float &amp; liquidity management and active agents).<\/li>\n<li>Deliver training on product knowledge to agents prior to launch and then on a need-to basis thereafter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core competencies, knowledge &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Communication,\u00a0 Facilitation and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently, effectively prioritize, plan and execute work activities successfully.<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthy, professional and reliable when dealing with confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid Driver\u2019s License\u00a0, willing to work in any part of the Country and be able to adapt rapidly to the assigned regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical \/ professional qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, commerce, Finance, marketing or other related subjects.<\/li>\n<li>3 or more years of experience in sales and Distribution or other related fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To deliver Regional key performance indicators (revenue, reloads, distribution, sales) and grow market share.
