{"id":42278,"date":"2019-11-05T08:25:32","date_gmt":"2019-11-05T08:25:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=42278"},"modified":"2019-11-05T08:25:32","modified_gmt":"2019-11-05T08:25:32","slug":"zormelo-associates-recruits-new-staffs-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-recruits-new-staffs-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Recruits New Staffs 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Build on\/ adapt\/ drive exploration strategy for growth in Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Exploration Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and lead exploration projects and activities<\/li>\n<li>Align technical activities with business objectives to ensure timely delivery of fit for purpose solutions<\/li>\n<li>Effectively liaise with commercial function\/ Manager to ensure a value-driven approach to exploration decision making<\/li>\n<li>Undertake regional to prospect scale geological analysis in support of exploration play and prospect definition and ranking<\/li>\n<li>Present recommendations to management, peer reviews, QAs and partners<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all work is carried out to appropriate standards and in accordance with Tullow internal processes<\/li>\n<li>Lead in the geological training and mentoring of junior staff and secondees<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and assistance to other exploration teams within Tullow, as required<\/li>\n<li>Reinforce best practices in exploration new ventures techniques and workflows in the Accra office<\/li>\n<li>Represent Tullow at Government and Partners meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Risk &amp; Assurance<\/p>\n<p>Lead all exploration-related risk and assurance activities.
