Become part of a team of 200 creative individuals who believe in redefining mobile micro finance!<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for the most talented, charismatic and communicative business professionals in the Ghanaian micro-credit industry to undertake our\u00a0<strong>Customer Support\u00a0<\/strong>Department in the<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using computers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of providing chat support using chat clients like Intercom<\/li>\n<li>High level of fluency in English<\/li>\n<li>Able to attend multiple chats (Max up to 3) at the same time<\/li>\n<li>(Pl note In-App chat support will be positioned as our primary customer service channel.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have what it takes to join Channel VAS, the global FinTech leader?
