Our client is looking for a Senior Marine Surveyor with previous surveying experience for their office in Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marine Senior Surveyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visits vessels, marine structures, and manufacturers for routine survey activities<\/li>\n<li>Performs work that involves visits to vessels both on and offshore<\/li>\n<li>Prepares technical reports in accordance with class rules<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with clients to identify and resolve problems in areas of technical expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree or recognized equivalent in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a surveyor, knowledge of Class Rules, Guides, statutory regulations<\/li>\n<li>Offshore surveying experience a distinct advantage<\/li>\n<li>Sea-going experience as engineer preferable<\/li>\n<li>ISM\/ISPS Auditor qualification preferable<\/li>\n<li>Must have a working knowledge of computer programs or software packages related to job responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a terrific opportunity to build a fulfilling career with one of the world\u2019s largest classification societies.
