This shall include identifying and assessing business opportunities, growth initiatives, and support with streamlining processes, procedures and major restructuring decisions. This shall also entail furnishing the Team Lead\/Head and by extension the Divisional Director, Corporate Banking (\u201cCB\u201d) with industry research, analysis, and reports on the performances of the Strategic Business Units (\u201cSBUs\u201d) operating within the Corporate Banking Department of Fidelity Bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Performance Analyst \u2013 Corporate Banking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIMENSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support the Team Lead in delivering end-to-end business reporting for all SBUs within the CB division of the Bank.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support the implementation of initiatives, monitoring and driving performances of all SBUs &amp; individuals therein within CB.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support the Team Lead in providing a comprehensive integrated Balance sheet and income statement analysis, advice and insight from a corporate banking perspective.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate business fundamentals, industry trends (local and global), market performance and strategic opportunities to enable the CB to meet its short-, medium- and long-term objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide analysis to assist with understanding key business drivers that influence the overall performance of the Bank at the local and global levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conducting peer-to-peer analysis, research and provide information in the CB chosen market segment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support business units in developing strategies\/budgets &amp;
