he Director of Enterprise Business shall be responsible for responsible for the management of an aggressive multi-million dollar sales quota in a highly competitive environment. She\/he will oversee the conceptualisation, strategy, planning, channel management, development and implementation of Sales function for the enterprise business unit.\u00a0 Role reports to the CEO.<\/p>\n

The role has the following responsibilities;<\/p>\n

Develop and implement business plans and sales strategy for the market and ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
\nFoster and build good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention. Build senior level relationships in assigned accounts and expertise within the market
\nProvide sales leadership to the enterprise team by mentoring, motivating, encouraging, and delivering results; Responsible for building and growing the sales team; Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
\nParticipate in the most important meetings of the teams in their regions, to transmit the goals, directions and goals set for all channels in general and those of particular and specific areas.
\nParticipate in the development and coaching process of sales & marketing force in order to help them to reach their objectives.
\nIdentify training and developmental needs.
\nUnderstand and appreciate market trends, competitors\u2019 movement and industry information so as to serve customers better.<\/p>\n

Required Skills or Experience<\/p>\n

Role qualification;<\/p>\n

15 years minimum work experience with 6 years in managerial role.
\nGood understanding of services and products\u00a0 in telecommunication \/ ICT industry
\nMinimum 6-7 years of experience in sales, distribution and customer service and relationship management
\nDegree in business, marketing or other relevant field (or equivalent)
\nMBA, CIM preferred
\nTelecom or mobile experience- highly desirable
\nStart up or re-structuring experience preferred
\nExperience of operational sales, distribution and customer service functions
\nProven track record in sales & marketing of quota achievement
\nUnderstanding of the industry sector and key customers in that sector inclusive of strategies and business challenges
\nGood presentation skills
\nBroad knowledge of industry and macroeconomic environment
\nPerson specific qualification;<\/p>\n
