In a constantly evolving industry, ABS works alongside its partners tackling the most pressing technical, operational and regulatory challenges so the marine and offshore industries can operate safely, securely and responsibly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Senior Administrator in Nigeria, you will provide Admin duties such as<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting for an\u00a0<strong>Administrative Assistant<\/strong>\u00a0to be based in our office in Accra to support our Joint Venture.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initially, you will provide maternity cover for our current Administrator<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate in the smooth administrative running of the Joint Venture<\/li>\n<li>Accounts receivable tracking, billing ad record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper billing processes are followed and accurate records are kept of department activities<\/li>\n<li>Performs clerical duties such a word processing, mail distribution, filing, record keeping and faxing<\/li>\n<li>May assist in the planning of events and seminars<\/li>\n<li>Ensure ABS Ghana is compliant with Ghana financial obligations, such as VAT&amp;WHT returns as &amp; when due<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain cash files for the office expenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will have attained exams in English and Maths and excellent communication skills<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have previous administration experiences such as word processing and spreadsheet creation, file maintenance, and record-keeping.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience gained in a multi-national environment in a comparable position<\/li>\n<li>Excellent MS Office skills, including Office365<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, administrative and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are inventive problem solvers and visionary innovators who produce results.
