\n\u2022 Solar panel installation and maintenance.
\n\u2022 Set up and maintenance of computer networks (Switching\/Routing\/Security).
\n\u2022 Electrical wiring and installations. Electronic design and installation of electronic gadgets.
\n\u2022 Electrical survey and auditing.
\n\u2022 Manage electrical installation projects<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 All types of Elevators
\n\u2022 Solar Systems (PV cells)
\n\u2022 CCTV systems, Smoke Detectors and fire Alarm systems
\n\u2022 UPS and AVR\u2019s
\n\u2022 Domestic and Industrial Wiring
\n\u2022 Electrical and Electronic Materials and Equipment
\n\u2022 Search for Tender and submission of Tender Documents
\n\u2022 Ensure all Lifts are operated and maintained in a professional, expert manner and in accordance with the operational guidelines.
\n\u2022 Responsible for all duties related to construction of lifts
\n\u2022 Supervise Lift Operators and daily\/weekly\/monthly\/yearly maintenance.
\n\u2022 Ensure seasonal operator certification and training of personnel in best practices for safe lift maintenance.
\n\u2022 Set up and removal of fencing, signing, ropes and event material as it relates to the Lift areas.
\n\u2022 Conduct and coordinate with other departments on pre and post season lift maintenance.
\n\u2022 Maintain daily, weekly, monthly inspection and maintenance logs for lifts.
\n\u2022 Monitor, maintain, and update Lift Operations. Ensuring safety at all time for customers and employees.
\n\u2022 Manage the entire marketing function including the design and implementation of an effective marketing strategy with an effective marketing communication component within.
\n\u2022 Assist the Directors in envisioning the future direction and development of the company
\n\u2022 Handle large corporate clients in the company\u2019s portfolio as well as develop an entirely new and vibrant client base
\n\u2022 Effectively direct and support the activities of the sales, so that their performance is enhanced in a step-wise fashion using current level as basis.
\n\u2022 Provide timely feedback to Directors on competitive strategy analysis, market trends and new client acquisition.
\n\u2022 Expected to lead from the front and set the appropriate standards for his team to follow.
\n\u2022 Must have proven track record in similar capacity, any other duty as assigned
\n\u2022 Taking inventory for the clients jobs includes Lifts, industrial and domestic wiring CCTV systems, AVR\u2019s, UPS, Inverter, and all other jobs
\n\u2022 Opening job cards for all Jobs and follow up on jobs
\n\u2022 Update customers on the status of their lifts and all others
\n\u2022 Ensure timely delivery of clients Jobs
\n\u2022 Ensure customer is satisfied with job done
\n\u2022 Preparing monthly report on all the Jobs
\n\u2022 Opening and closing job cards for clients
\n\u2022 Preparing maintenance bills for all clients
\n\u2022 Preparing maintenance quotations
\n\u2022 Monitoring time spent by technicians on jobs
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the Managing Director to ensure timely of all jobs for clients
\n\u2022 Update clients on status of their jobs in the services
\n\u2022 Alerting clients when their service is due.<\/p>\n
