The position is based in Accra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Finance Manager will be responsible for the management and the development of the company Finance and Administration.<\/li>\n<li>He will direct and control all Finance, Banking, Import, Payroll &amp; Administrative functions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide and\/or oversee the day to day financial and accounting services and management<\/li>\n<li>Handling overall Taxation matters, Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Company Law &amp;\u00a0other legal matters\u00a0finalization of accounts &amp; Audit;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Bank accounts and Cash management, Tax &amp; Capex procedures. Maintain Fixed Asset Registers.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Budgets and plans realization, update, and follow-ups;<\/li>\n<li>Submit Cash Flow Forecasts and manage all Banking requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity, and reliability of all financial information and meeting the deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate financial risk, accounting and auditing policies and procedures of the company;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee accurate &amp; timely preparation and submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Financial Statements, Management Reports &amp; Legal Entity Accounts.<\/li>\n<li>In charge of the relationship with External Auditors, Banks, Clients financial representative and other actors;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Finance from a recognized University<\/li>\n<li>Proven 5-10 years experience in a similar position in FMCG or Industrial company<\/li>\n<li>Corporate management accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Organized,\u00a0Creative, Commitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international manufacturer to recruit a Finance\u00a0Manager for its operations in Ghana.
