Ensure that the Bank employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience<\/p>\n<p>Arrange and organise required training and development opportunities to employees and Directors in order to enhance their performance and to enable the Bank achieve the goals and objectives set for itself<\/p>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Work closely with the departments and agencies<br \/>\nAssist the Manager and the Board to understand and implement policies and procedures<br \/>\nInterpretation and Implementation of the collective agreement for all staff.
